Using Dr. Elmancy means you agree to use the platform, accounts and educational content only as permitted by these terms.
Accounts
Keep your credentials private. Access may be restricted when a new device requires approval or when suspicious activity is detected. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless reported promptly.
Educational content
Paid videos, notes, books, quizzes and related materials are licensed for the enrolled student’s personal educational use. Republishing, sharing credentials, redistributing files or bypassing access controls is not permitted.
Payments and access
Where payment is verified manually, course access starts after the payment is approved. Submitted references and proofs must be accurate. Rejected payments may require a new valid proof or support review.
Platform availability
We may perform maintenance, security updates or content changes. We aim to keep the platform available but cannot promise uninterrupted access in every hosting, network or third-party service condition.
